Chef’s Table Experience - May 13, 2023, 7 pm

Guest Chef, Justin Box, has created an amazing menu for this magical night.

Pistachio and pork terrine...lemon thyme jam...marinated pencil asparagus

COURSE 2

Smoky corn bisque...house made chili- lime toasted marshmallow...cilantro crumb

COURSE 3

Spring lamb...champagne roasted turnips...green garlic and watercress pesto...toasted cashews

COURSE 4

Orange Creamsicle Panna cotta... smoked almonds...evoo...sea salt

Each course will be paired with a different Texas wine. A Texas artist will share their creative journey during the evening.

Glamping Package - For every glamping experience booked between now and Mother’s Day, we’ll throw in a complementary firewood bundle and s’mores kit. Prices range, depending on number of nights booked.

Private Farm Tour - In this hour long tour you’ll learn about our farming operation and peach orchard; feed our Kunekune pigs and learn about our pasture raised chickens and guard donkeys. PG fan favorite!
