This experience is curated by Pastry Chef and wine enthusiast Sadye Carroll, alongside her husband, Brandon Carroll. Both are graduates of The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio and bring years of experience from restaurants and hotels throughout the state of Texas.

Sadye holds WSET certifications, as well as a Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
