WHAT WE DO
Before Founders Houston and Sherry Clark purchased the acreage that is now Purdon Groves, the previous owner, Freddie Eads, hand cleared the property, thoughtfully creating manicured groves and open pastures. We want to continue pouring that kind of care into Purdon Groves, specifically by handcrafting experiences for our guests that inspire them to connect, retreat, celebrate and create.

During their 38 years of marriage, Houston has fallenin love with the creative community and developed a passion for sharing the artists' gifts with others. At the same time, Sherry found her calling in hosting and fostering community around the table. The result is a joint desire to provide experiences that nourish the creativity of artists and enrich the lives of all who enter the gates at Purdon Groves.
