Hi! My name is Katy Andrews and I’m the owner of Things I Make With Yarn. Wanting to find value in my time, I began to embroider about 5 years ago, during the start of the pandemic. It brings me so much joy to do embroidery by hand and to show others how accessible it can be. Crafting is all about finding your avenue for creative freedom, mine is with yarn!

What workshop goers can expect:

Each person will get a kit with all materials that they will need to make this piece! They will leave the class with all materials and a finished hoop! Each kit will have the same colors in each kit but I will bring all of my thread so they can change it, if they so choose. All kits will come with the same design and it will already be drawn for everyone.
